POSITION VACANCY FOR PROGRAM OFFICER – FIELD

Position based : Kutupalong & Nayapara in Ukhiya Upazilla, Cox’s Bazar District.
Position Summary: The purpose of a Program Officer – Field, is to implement day to day follow up and monitoring for the field activities according to FH/MTI Bangladesh needs. The position shall be responsible for specific tasks related to the field organizer and related services for the organization to be completed in a professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordination with community and government actors;
Assist key personnel in implementation of the program;
Provide link between program and operations support;
Ensure opportunities for beneficiary accountability.
Specific proficiencies:

Should be clear communicator; Ability to prioritize; Network and coordination skills;
Professionalism; Problem solving ability;
Language Bengali (Chittagong dialect)/ Rohingya.
Qualifications:

Diploma; University degree preferred.
